   For over 8 years, our members have been putting together model contests that rival the best in the country.  Each show has been lots of fun and more successful than the last.   Of course, we also make sure our members are enjoying themselves by sharing construction and painting techniques, useful tool tips, building club projects, and attending other shows together throughout the eastern US.  We even had a barbeque with members and their families.  We had a chinese gift exchange where each of us chose a wrapped box, contents unknown, and plan to build it up.

   This year's show will be held at our usual convenient location, the Ramada Inn in Morgantown, WV.   Scroll down to download or view our show flyer containing complete details.   Directions can also be found below.   If you need assistance with directions, please feel free to contact one of us.  Thank you all for your attendance and support of our shows in Morgantown, WV.   We guarantee you the best as always in our upcoming events.

Vendors can download and print page 3 of our flyer to reserve tables now with an enclosed check or money order.  Tables will be provided on a first come, first server basis. Details and mailing information can be found on the flyer.   Everyone can feel free to distribute our flyer to let modelers know about our show.

You can get our registration form early by clicking here and filling out each field.  You can type on the form and then print it out on your own printer!

Vendor Information:

Tables:

• 75 Tables are available, some being outside of the main ballroom.
• All tables are 6'-0" long and are furnished with table cloths.
• Cost per table is $15.00.
• If payment is not received by 7 days prior to the event, tables will not be held.
• Request for specific table locations will be made on a first come-first serve basis.
• RESERVE NOW!!   Vendors began reserving tables in June.

Setup:

• Vendor setup begins at 7:30 A.M. Saturday.
• Entry for vendors via rear doors. A cargo elevator is available for easy access to the vendor area. NCWVSM members will gladly help all vendors in the loading and unloading of merchandise.
• Doors open to the public at 9:30 A.M.

Sales Tax:

• Vendors should be prepared to collect sales tax when required. WV sales tax is 6%.

Take Down:

• Take down shall begin at 4:00 P.M.
